Order Approval

Customer Content
- For your content, we only offer polaroids and photo-strips. I will allow you to suggest the content of your orders and send your preferred styles. I will not allow illegal content to be printed.
Customer Submitted Photos and Color Proofing
- There’s no limit to the resolution of your photos but make sure that the photos you send are clear and not too blurry because it might result badly if we print it.
- We can’t guarantee exact color matches the photo you send but we assure you and will try our best to match the colors and to have a good quality that will really meet your expectations.
Open time for inquiring
- Monday and Wednesday: 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M
- Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M
- Friday and Saturday: 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M
When does the turnaround time begin?
- It begin the time that you pay half of the price.
- If the payment is COD, it will start the time that everything is clear for the product and place the order.
Order Cancellation
- For the cancellation of the product, there will be no refund, if you pay half of the price, but if you pay in full, we can return half of your payment.
Returns and Refunds
- For the returns and refund, there MUST be a video as proof so we can refund your order.
- Prior to receiving the product, you can message us immediately if there’s a problem with a PROOF. It must be in 2-3 days starting the day you receive the product.
Shipping and Delivery
- For the shipping, I only do meet-ups for now but will inform the customers we are already good for delivery.
- For delivery, the buyer shall shoulder the shipping fee.
Mode of Payment
- 50% of the amount should be paid upfront and the remaining can be paid before you receive the product No down payment, No Product
- Payments through GCASH.
o Send proof of payment through a private message.
o The Gcash account will be sent through private message.
- Meet-up payment
o You can give me your payment if we meet, it’s like a COD, but please be responsible and pay for the product.
